I involve in P tracking Ordering System (PTOS) project , for P shah Alam.
This is Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project , which is likely same in P Tg.Malim .
PTOS project depent to user to key-in the data . Then the data will be use to tracking and monitor the production. The monitoring and tracking can be access via a web ui .
The key-in data system as known as Shop Floor Control (SFC) ui was developed in C# language . It were developed by Korean engineer and assist by our local people from L* CNS (M) .
My role in this project is to study , design and develop PTOS in Paint Shop . In Paint Shop there have 3 points/area that the user need to key-in body/data into the SFC. I think compare body shop,and TF shop , Paint Shop most difficult one. At a one point it require to use camera to capture the body number and one point , a fixed barcode to read barcode label and communicate with conveyor stopper if and error occur..
Wahhh , all was neeww to me . Its involved electrical,electronic,structure design, user requirement study, testing, and many mores.
In this project we are lack of man power. Everything we need to do . We have 6 man powers but in the middle of project one man power ..resign . So only 5 of use left
1. Amoi - take care database
2. Ab - web ui and also general worker 1
3, Me - Hardware , Infra assist , paint shop owner , general worker 2
4. Az - Infra manager
5. Mz - Assist QA and stress test .
So many workload was put under us ( General Worker aka GW) .
From assemble printer rack , minor cabling , electrical wiring , allocate printer and industrial computer over main plant was done by GW 1 and GW 2 .
There is one week where me and Ab work like hell . Work from 9.00 a.m until 12.00 a.m ~ 1.00 a.m .
What we do? ..get ready of infra at main line such as printer and pc . We have 16 compuprint printer + their table , 7 IPC with rack . Then we need to allocate it to its location scatter around the main plant. Everyday , i think we had walk 1 to 2 kilometer (km) . Also we have 10 CCTV camera to monitor all the line. I think all the general worker work should not be do by us. Project manager should think ..take more man power or hire temporary man power ,,,bangla or indon guy ..Their rate was so cheap ..around 40 ringgit per day ..but our PM was more cheat skate ..to get more profit , he dont want to spend a little bit for the project .
"This project management was not good" say someone in this team .
Honestly speaking , in this project I did not getting any special skill. because everything we need to do ..we dont have any specialization / specific jobscope.
So when I go to interview at another company ,,,when I tell about my work rite now ..they said ,,it nothing maybe only a few is OK. During the project , everyday I open jobstreet and apply for a new job ... I miss my work environment in Tg.Malim .
What I learn :
1. When we have a project , we cannot do it alone ..Mean we need subcon to do some part for us.
2. Dont so cheap skate to spend money for project members.
3. Internal meeting is very important before , during and after project to keep track what happen and to discuss how to solve problem.It is not just when something fail, then black goat to the pic . Just ask who is the PIC then bambu the man . haiyaaaaaaaaa...amoi always said that ...
I also kesian to amoi ..everyday go and back tg.malim.Work until nite ...luckily amoi takde bf lagi ..kalau tak mesti amoi tak bole balik late nite ..heheehhe 
In this company, I had renew my contract . Last time when my contract gonna end on 21 March ,,they didnt give any kata putus either me continue or not . By law , employer should give 2 months notice to employee . Now after 1 years contract end , I was offer by a new contract but same benefit and salary, When I ask ,,,can I nego the salary and benefit ,,the admin just said wait end of april during the salary adjustment ..so it like i was force to sign the contract without giving any chance to nego .
and why they dont offer permanent position ? ..i dont know ...
yesterday , I had send resignation letter . Following company rules , I need to give company 2 months notice ...But why company not give to me 2 months notice of my contract status ? haiyaaaaaa
Its not im hate my work and my officemates there..the decision was made because I cannot withstand the work environment there.

Gi KL on 26 May. Memacam jadi harini. Memula sampai ..keter Amir batteri kong (lupe tutup lampu) ..then kena jump start..pastu ok dah ..Gi Sunway Pyramid ..p makan kat Chicken Hartz..lepas tu jenjalan kat situ..tetiba dari tingkat atas skali aku duk tgk luar ..awat ramai org kat lobi tu .diorng amik gambor ape? Artis mana dtg ...kecoh kejap la time tu.pastu aku terbau asap ..dekat ngna kedai echo park..aku pegi la tgk ..mcm ade kebakaran tapi takde api pun ..aku ngan AMir turun bawah gi luar tgk ape jadi..
Rupenye asap itam penuh kat atas bumbung ..belah kiri Sunway Pyramid tu..bomba pun dah datang time tu. Rasenye takde kebakaran besar..maybe electical fault ke ..short ker...
Dlm kul 6 balik umah..cadang nak gi Putrajaya .gi tgk pelancaran Citrawarna ..tapi terbantut plak..sbb pintu bilik Amir takle bukak ..dikunci tapi tak perasan kunci bilik tu rupenye takde..abis ..kena la ompel tepi pintu tu...dlm kul 9 lebih baru leh bukak ..
Dah lepak..so tak kuar mana la ..surfing saja ..
